Civil Engineer – Libya

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring civil engineering work is executed according to design specifications, project plans, and quality standards.
• Project Execution: Supervise the construction and commissioning of infrastructure projects, managing site operations to meet project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Technical Support: Provide guidance and expertise to contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel on engineering-related issues during construction and installation phases.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards, conducting risk assessments and ensuring the site meets all legal and corporate compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, specifically in oil and gas infrastructure projects, with a focus on site management and execution.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong experience in site supervision, construction methods, and civil engineering practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety and quality control standards in construction.
