Mission : Freelance : preferably having the status of an auto entrepreneur

Project contractual administration :

  • You will draft, prepare, coordinate signature and ensure proper filing of expert and project staff service Agreements and addenda under the guidance and instructions of the project managers,
  • You will administrate and manage project
  • You will draft, prepare, coordinate signature and ensure proper filing of Service Provider and Sub-contractors’ Service Agreements and addenda under the guidance and instructions of the project managers,
  • Financial project administration
  • You will prepare project budgets in collaboration with the project Managers who holds the responsibility for the budget and Comparison of budgets 
  • You will create vendores and purchase orders based on signed service contracts and you will follow-up the approval procedures
  • You will submit and allocate project cost invoices based on signed service contracts and timesheets
  • If available/required, you will manage the projects local cash/bank accounts and post related local project costs by means of the internal accounting software (Winnpaccs)
  • You will follow-up on payments
  • You will report any potential issues you identify to the project manager in a timely manner and propose effective solutions
  • You will ensure contracts are signed with third parties (contrat tracking)
  • Contract with experts in the field.
 

Project documents administration :

  • You will administrate project documentation and store reduired files on company server
  • You will support the project managers and financial controllers inthe preparation of audit documentation

Compliance :

  • You will ensure Compliance requirements are met for all the projects in your porfolio , in close collaboration with the project Managers and the Compliance Officer
  • You will have close collaboration with Financial Controllers and Project Managers

Profil :

  • Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
  • First experience in a finance administration role
  • Values : Honesty, empathy, professionalism and dynamism
  • Work in team and independently
  • Manage with deadlines
  • Follow internal guidelines and procedures and you are able to make sure others follow the same guidelines and procedures
  • To be a team player with a friendly, open personality and a sense of humour
  • Languages : French/ English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent elocution and perfect command of the French language
  • Feel comfortable with new softwars and excellent knowledge of MS Office suit in particular Excel
  • Software used MACONOMY of finance and accounting 
  • English essential
