MANWORK, is recruiting for one of their clients, Acquisition Support Specialist

Mission :
• You will help search and select candidates that meet the position requirements as stated by the client;
• You will conduct CV screenings to check that the profile is in line with the requirements;;
• You will liaise and build connections with the candidates until final selection;
• You will re-work CVs to highlight essential experiences in line with requirements while making sure the format is consistent with client guidelines ;

Profil :
• You hold a degree in social sciences, communication, languages or related field;
• You have 4-6 years’ experience in a support function in an international and multicultural environment;
• You have very good command of English and French, both verbal and written;
• Knowledge of EU cooperation policies and instruments is an asset;
• You have a keen eye for detail and you are naturally curious;
• You pride yourself in delivering high quality work, that your colleagues can rely on;
• You hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments;
• You enjoy following internal & external guidelines and procedures and you are able to make sure others follow the same guidelines and procedures;
• You have impeccable ethics;
• You see yourself as a resilient person, able to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations;
• You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, both internal and external;
• You are proficient in MS Office suit, in particular Word;
• You are able to work in a team but also independently;
