Minimum required qualification :
Education: BAC 2 years high school professional training.
Subject of education: Office Management / HR Management
Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years
Others: Several years of experience as a project Assistant for medium to large projects preferably in the oil and Gas or in the Construction Industry. Some experience in using Document and correspondence Management systems. Good command of verbal and written Rnglish is essential for the position. A good command of French and/ or Arabic is of advantage.
Advanced experience is required in MS office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio.
Willingness and ability to require a good working knowledge of using a Project Document and correspondence Management system.
