Purpose of position :

Responsible for managing site activities with close collaboration with company construction team on site. Provide needed decision at its level and with Line Manager concertation for the good achievement of activities in term of technical, HSE within time and cost.

Key Responsibility :

• Manage Company people on site and construction activities in order to meet project outcomes within planned time and cost and with respect to HSSE conditions.
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
• Assure the follow-up of construction activities on-site and off-site and provide reporting.
• Give needed technical assistance to solve issues encountered in site
• Plan and assist to meetings held with contractor
• Insure a common understanding of project documents by company construction team on site and that they are provided with last documents revisions
• Give support for material transportation to site when needed.

Minimum required qualification :

Education : BSc/MSc degree

Subject of education : Degree in Construction Management or Engineering

Relevant professional experience: Minimum 5 years in the above mentioned key responsibilities.

Others: Good knowledge of English/French and software related to construction management.

Good communication and people management skills
